The mini-hotel is situated in a splendid XIX century mansion with typical Armenian architecture. On the ceiling one recognizes the typical sienese beams.The house position is ideal because it is situated in the city center. A haven of rest and relaxation, “Hye Aspet” is ideal for a couple still in love, pre-wedding photos, post-wedding holidays, birthday celebrations also for writers, poets, scholars, etc. “Hye Aspet” offers total renewal just steps away from the city’s numerous attractions and city landmarks such as Central Square, Central Park, fancy cafes and shops, art salon, galleries and museums. It ensures that guests can quickly and easily reach necessary points like groceries, pharmacies, banks, post office. The nearest airports are Shirak (20 minutes) and Zvartnots (1,5 hours) Gyumri's Train Station is 15 minutes from the house, the bus station is 10 min from the house. The suite (100m2) is on two floors. The entrance is from the street by a private door. The main room includes a living area with a couch, a kitchen and dining table. The bedroom with two beds is convenient either for a couple or two people. The beautiful adjourning bathroom is equipped with warm floor.
