The property is situated on the top floor of a 3 apartment property. As such it provides stunning views over the green tree tops and towards the sea and rolling hills. The property provides ample space and has a modern, contemporary design inside, catering to all your needs. The true charm of Villa Sun however lies in its outside space. The property has a beautiful, big terrace, where you can enjoy a BBQ and a drink surrounded by the beautiful evergreen pine trees. To literally top things off there is even an equal sized roof terrace with additional seating area and paddling pool.
Dear guest, My name is Aurora and as the owner of Villa Sun I would like to extend a warm welcome to you. I myself have spent many a happy time at this lovely beach house, away from the hustle and bustle of Tirana and I hope you will have an equally lovely time.
Villa Sun is located in the village of Qerret, on the coast of Albania just south of the city of Durres, approximately 40 minutes from the capital of Tirana and half an hour from Rinas international airport. The property is inside a gated community with direct access to the sandy Adriatic beach (2 minutes walk). The beach front has a small supermarket for all your grocery needs and a number of small restaurants and bars where you will find yourself in the evening sharing a quiet espresso with the locals as the sun sets into the sea. If you prefer a more lively scene then the old town of Durres is a short drive up the road.
