From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the city. The quiet surroundings make it an ideal base for exploring in any directions. Before booking, please note: -The apartment is on the 9th floor and is accessible by elevator. -Parking: There is a dedicated parking space downstairs in the building, and street parking is also easily available nearby. -The area is quiet, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. -Nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and the University of Vlora are within walking distance. -Check-in and check-out times are flexible, but please communicate in advance for any special requests. -No parties or loud gatherings are allowed to maintain a peaceful environment.
