Property information

This is considered the most demanded neighbourhood in Orikum for the summer holidays. Located close to the city centre and the biggest supermarket in Orikum, Bars, Pastries, a Pharmacy and fish stores. Clean and quiet. Mostly frequented by families with kids. There is a private pool, grill, bar and pizzeria next to the building. There is free parking outside the building and the building is surrounded by a garden, mountains and a sea view. Elevator (lift) service is available in one of the apartments. In the living room, there is a kitchen, 1 sofa that 1 adult or 2 children can sleep in and in the bedroom there is a double bed. The apartment has an Air Conditioner and washing machine. There is a sea and mountain view balcony with outdoor chairs and a table and an indoor bathroom as well.
