If you are in search of a quiet nice and private place near by the Adriatic Sea, you have found the right one. The villa stands in the middle of the pine trees and offers privacy, space and quietness. The residence offers safety due to its 24 surveillance and also is situated near bars, very nice Italian restaurants where fresh fish and very good pasta is prepared. Nearby there is an outdoor pool where children can play all day long. The city of Durres is only 15km away and if want to visit the capital Tirana is only a 50km drive.
