The house was built in 1805 by Karagjozi family and is one of the first builted in the Dunavat, near the walls of the castle. It is positioned in a historic and quiet neighborhood of the city, 3 minutes from the castle and 5 minutes from Old Bazaar.
The hosts live on the second floor of the house. The third floor of the building is the part where guests are accommodated, while the toilet is private even though it is outside the room.
