This is a new, modern apartment situated in the front line of the beach, 50 meters away from the sea. It consists of a spacious living room ,a bedroom and 2 balconies with sea view. Living room has access to main balcony and includes a kitchenette that contains oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and other facilities. There are new air conditioners and TV sets in each room. Toilet has also a washing machine. Apartment has high quality Wi-Fi on all rooms. In the living room there is a sofa that converts to a bed for two people. In sleeping room there are 2 beds. One double bed and one single bed and another small balcony. In total this apartment is suitable for maximum 5 persons. Apartment is in the 5-th floor of a building with 7 floors and has an elevator. There are a lot of supermarkets, bars, restaurants around.

Host is an english speaker person. He is able to help gests for everthing they might need to know or want to do. He offers airport taxi service.

Neighbours are very nice and friendly.
