Flowers Apartment are part of a new and modern complex. They are located in Mali Robit, Golem, about 500 meters far from the seaside, 20 km from Durrës city, 5 km from Kavaja city, 25 km from Rinas airport, and 15 km from the port of Durres. The apartments are newly furnished, with everything needed for a quiet and relaxed vacation. They have a completely furnished cooking space. They have air conditioning, internet, tv, washing machine, hairdryer etc. The 3 apartments have a space of 70m2 and each of them has balcony(balconies). One of them is a penthouse of 100 m2 and it has about 200m2 veranda and 2 balconies. The veranda has a small swimming pool, porch swing, hammock, barbecue, wicker lounge chair. Here you can enjoy the full sunset, tranquility and a dinner with your family or friends. You may also have at your disposal someone to guide you if you want to visit the 2500-year-old city of Durres, a fascinating cultural / archaeological attraction (Roman amphitheater, Venetian turrets, Turkish rugs, etc.). If you want, you can relax and sunbath with an all inclusive treatment in the best resort of the area with whom we have a contract.

The area is full of supermarket and our resort also has an Italian supermarket inside. There are plenty of restaurants providing also live music during the weekends, so you can enjoy the time. The area also has many swimming pools if the sea is not your first choice. The nearest one is only 50m away. In summer 2018(June - July), there may also be the second largest aquapark in Albania providing a fun time for the kids. The Neighbourhood has the maximum level of safety, and our resort provides security guards 24/7.
