Brand new apartment with contemporary décor and fully-equipped kitchen. Literally steps from the sea and just a short walk to shops, bars, and restaurants. This condo offers two queen beds, one single bed, and a sofa bed. During your staying, you can enjoy Tv and Netflix (2 TVs), books, and different sea equipments. You can also use the bicycle. Great sea view from the balcony and the terrace.
I am a retired civil servant and along with my wife Eva, we live between Tirane and Vlore. Our condo in Vlore, lovingly designed and carefully maintained by Eva, offers a warm and smart family environment. I, as a Vlore guy, know very well the best restaurants, beaches, attractions, and archeological/historical sites, and I’m keen on meeting people and introducing the beauties and traditions of our area. Upon the request of guests, I can socialize and assist while visiting the country (walking or driving)
The condo is steps from the sea and just a short walk to shops, bars, and restaurants Guests will be able to enjoy activities in and around Vlorë, like voyaging to the nearby island and peninsula, visiting St. Mary Monastery, hiking to the Llogara national park, visiting the archeological site of Oricum, the castle of Kanina, etc. Cycling is highly recommended considering the established infrastructure along the walkway and the fantastic view.
