- Guest including children staying at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel are required to present valid identification upon check-in, which may be either a Passport or a GCC/UAE National ID card

- A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
