Friendly, approachable and did his best always to answer my questions. The cleaners were exceptional. Respectfully came back later when I was still in the room. Always pleasant. Gabrielle even helped me with a last minute taxi booking. The beds even though bunk beds, are hotel quality. Each are equipped with a small light and plugging socket. Water pressure and hot hot water are wonderful after daily hikes.

Check in was super easy and I was able to check out late before my flight. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are really nice. My room had full bed bunk beds -- it was so nice to have a little bigger space to sleep after twin bed throughout the rest of my trip. The hostel is in a great location too and is super clean!

Angra Heritage - City Center Hostel provides rooms in Angra do Heroísmo near Zona Balnear da Prainha Beach and Silveira Beach. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Everything was wonderful! The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had a private bathroom and full use of the shared kitchen. The staff was great--Vanessa was exceptional! She helped us with everything we needed, and she took extra time to arrange for just the tour we wanted! We highly recommend staying here.
