It feels more like a bed and breakfast than a hostel if you reserve a private room. The room was impeccably clean, very comfortable, and breakfast was quite satisfying! The owners were also so thoughtful and kind, and take amazing care of the property! Even though it was a little rainy, the hiking nearby was really pretty, and it’s easy to hike or drive to explore a few of the schist villages from Lousã. We’d be thrilled to return!!

The bedroom was spaceous without many frills, so it worked just fine for our short stay. We left too early and didn't get a chance to try their breakfast, but it was nice having the option. Would definitely come back!
