Amazing hotel. Room was lovely and spacious, staff were so helpful and breakfast was really tasty. Beautiful views of the lagoon from the hotel. Great location, quick 15 min walk to the waterfront.

- super beds, slept very well - great view of the lagoon, even without getting out of bed - very friendly hosts - good restaurants within 1.5 km walking distance - offers itself as a center for excursions, the whole garden route can be explored from there without annoying hopping from hotel to hotel - great breakfast with interesting information inserts from the hostess - pool for sunbathing or burning in 2.5 meters reachable Have spent 12 nights here myself and will come back! We stayed at Lazy Lion for two nights. The setup was really comfortable and the host made it an incredible experience. They shared their insights on Knysna and South Africa and helped us refine our itenary for better. Interior was very interesting and the room was perfect with an amazing view of “Two Heads”. We loved our morning and evening teas on the balcony. The Breakfast menu was thoughtful of our vegan lifestyle. My wife became a full fan of their home prepared granola.

The property is in a great location with spectacular views. Three of the bedrooms have views over the bay and the master bedrooms bathroom is fabulous . The home is well equipped with everything you would need, including an ample supply of wood for bbq or fire place as required.

This place is perfect. It is exactly like the pictures with loads of extra little touches that make it such a great place to stay. The view is even better in real life and there is a large area for storing bags etc. Our host was so friendly and accommodated an early check in that was so helpful. There's a speaker set up with playlists already which adds to the overall ambience of the space. Powerful, hot shower and a great location.
