The Hotel Manager, Marcelle, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Marcelle went above and beyond on all fronts and made our stay extremely enjoyable.

The personnel was extremely nice and helpful with booking arrangements around town. Nothing was too much for them. The breakfast and snacks they provided were delicious. Amazing to have a view on camps bay at all times, especially in the hot tub.

I had the pleasure to meet the owner and I can not say enough great things about Ani and her team. Hospitality excellence! This place is truly run with passion, attention to detail and the focus on welcoming and comforting every guest to feel home while on vacation.
