The hotel was great. Nami assisted us during the check in and check out. She was very helpful and great! The room was just nice however, we werent able to get the king size bed. But it's okay! The breakfast made up for it :)

Great hotel. the Aircon was very quiet which was fantastic. So many hotels have very noisy air con which makes it hard to sleep. Beds and pillows very comfortable

This was the first time we have stopped at the Orchard Rendezvous, on our previous visits to Singapore we have stopped at one of the larger chains but we liked the look of their website and so we booked a pool view room with Club Lounge access. It turned out to be a great choice, with a comfortable room with a minibar restocked daily (non alcoholic), a quiet restful club lounge with adequate breakfast and evening canapés available whilst the ever attentive staff supplied our evening Prosecco, beer or cocktails. Many thanks to Jea, Ash, Sofi and Samy for making our holiday perfect!

The room had a nice city view, very clean linen and breakfast was ok. The hotel is centrally located and 5 minute walk to MRT, this was convenient to move around with family. There is also a mall attached to the hotel with lots of restaurants and shops

The employees of park avenue rochester are wonderful. There is a shopping mall besides the hotel. Maybe one good choice for NUS related things.

The hotel was really nice.. they built it to perfection.. the breakfast was excellent and the fact that it was in the middle of the rainforest meant that the views are stunning.. The rooftop infinity pool and garden were amazing.. we really enjoyed staying there.. if your are a nature lover, this is the place to be!
