From start to finish, this hotel is top class. Professional, efficient and friendly service at reception. Efficient room service with the best burger I have eaten in at least 3 years, prepared and cooked exactly as I asked. Varied options at breakfast, with excellent selection of fresh breads, yogurts, cereals, fruit, lovely salmon, teas and herbal teas. Bathroom is large, bed is very comfortable, lighting is very well designed and the room is quiet and well insulated. I just could not fault anything and I would be delighted to go back.

Location is good - easy to get from/to bus/train stations. Pretty close to historic centre. Friendly staff. Have us a set of keys to locker and the entrance door after our check out so we could keep our luggage for several more hours. That’s the second time I stayed here
