Nice and welcoming staff. Lots of activities and free family style dinners once a week! Great common areas and rooftop. Plus points for having a vegan restaurant connected to the hostel! Female dorm was also cheaper than a mixed which is not common and was very appreciated.

The manager, Osama, is fantastic—welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The receptionist, Homam, was also incredibly kind and helpful, assisting with anything I needed during my stay. His local knowledge and hospitality made a big difference. The breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh options and a cozy setting. And the view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking—you can see the entire Old City center, which makes for a magical start and end to each day.
