The manager, Osama, is fantastic—welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The receptionist, Homam, was also incredibly kind and helpful, assisting with anything I needed during my stay. His local knowledge and hospitality made a big difference. The breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh options and a cozy setting. And the view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking—you can see the entire Old City center, which makes for a magical start and end to each day. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in the heart of the city with stunning views and outstanding service, I highly recommend Beirut Hotel 2 New.
