We arrived very tired and late in the day but the staff were welcoming and upgraded our room to a suite! Beautiful room and very clean. The restaurant was excellent, especially the steak!

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. After spending a few chilly nights in Petra and Wadi Rum, it was such a relief to return to a warm, cozy room where I could enjoy a hot shower and truly relax. This was our second stay here. We had a lovely time. Friendly staff. The pool was open - bit chilly still but lovely to sit outside and relax after sightseeing. The drivers we had from the hotel for airport transfers were excellent. Front desk / room service / housekeeping staff etc were also very friendly and helpful. Having a lounge area and kitchenette made the difference. The free laundry facilities are a superb touch.
