Perfect location, very very nice staff, it’s a little dated but the pictures are accurate. The room was a little cold but everything was very clean and tidy.

-Nice location that can be easily accessed to and also can visit other places easily -Well decorated room and make us feel quite comfortable to stay -Excellent customer service! Very friendly staff and always provide helpful information. Furthermore, we left our sunglasses and cannot find it anywhere, and it was the hotel to contact us and found it for us, and also helped us with the delivery, thank you so much!

We had a quad room that was very comfortable without feeling cramped. The best feature of the place is the shared living/dining area overlooking the streets of the old town and the Palazzo Vecchio from the 5th floor. (There is an elevator, too). We sat there all evening listening to two street performers singing opera from the square below. Highly recommended place to stay, one short block from the river and right in the old town.

We enjoyed our first day in Florence so much that we decided to spend the night there instead of driving back to our vacation rental in the mountains near Abetone. We were thrilled to find one last room available here at Parione Uno and booked it last minute. It exceeded our expectations... wonderful! The location is amazing, the parking excellent (just around the corner at a rate that's quite good... For Florence). With our two boys we slept like babies in the comfortable beds. There is nothing, and I mean nothing, they didn't think of here. We highly highly recommended this lovely establishment. If you are lucky enough to get a list minute room, or are smart enough to book ahead, do! We'll be back here in the future for sure. Mille Grazie Matteo and Giovanna!

Location was excellent - Right on the Arno. Breakfast was typical. The most important facet of the hotel - the incredible staff - always there with a smile and always ready to make a recommentation.
