Absolutely delighted with my stay at the hotel - clean and comfortable rooms are a must when choosing Hyatt, so that was expected of course, but the kind and helpful staff were going out their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay, always ready to help when needed.

Can’t praise this Hotel enough. The rooms are newly- refurbished, spacious, modern and clutter-free! The bed, bed sheets and pillow are so comfortable. The floor is clean. Multiple plugs too (see photo). The staff are helpful, polite and pleasant. The location is at Sha Tin MTR station but also plenty of buses to take also. A41 bus is the airport bus right outside the hotel!
