I liked the interior of the hotel and the room, it's so comfortable and warm, it also smells nice. Small kitchen in the room is well equipped to prepare a nice meal. The room is of solid size and the breakfast is colorful and fresh (even if it's repeating every day). The personnel is friendly and helpful. Location is great, next to the tube and bus station.

The room was very comfortable.We were a bit worried that being at street level we would hear a lot of noise, but we heard nothing, it was very quiet. The bathroom was small, but had everything we needed and the towel warmer was a nice touch. We appreciated having a refrigerator in the room and the coffee and tea station was so great after a long day of sight seeing. The hotel is close to two underground stations and there were plenty of great pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the ladies in the breakfast room could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay at the Belgrave.

My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay at the Windermere Hotel. Breakfast was delicious and so convenient, the staff at tee hotel, especially the restaurant were wonderful. The location and the room were perfect for us. We came from the US for a Taylor Swift concert and had an extraordinary time in London.
