The staff were amazing. They made you feel valued on every level. Polite, Hardworking, Friendly and Caring. The facilities were great. The spa was lovely, the breakfast at Market Brasserie was delightful with so much choice and the Eighteen Sky Bar was truly luxurious. We didn't get the chance to try out the other restaurants but we definitely would have if possible The hotel is perfectly located with only a 5min walk to the O2 and Subway. While the hotel room was really wonderful too. Very clean and very tidy with great views.

Just 10 minutes’ walk from the O2 Arena, The Pilot Inn offers beautiful, boutique bedrooms. Full English breakfasts are provided, along with free Wi-Fi access and a traditional pub restaurant.

A charming, old-style pub and hotel nestled among modern buildings, just a 10-minute walk from North Greenwich underground station. The room is a bit small, but perfectly adequate for a couple. The daily cleaning and tidying are exceptional (kudos to the housekeeping staff). The continental breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is quite generous, while you can order traditional English dishes à la carte. In the evening, the pub is open (though the kitchen isn't available every day), and you can enjoy beers from their own brewery.

It was very clean, spacious, great value for money, 2 big bedrooms and a balcony aswell. Shops just around the corner, only a 20 minute walk from the O2 and 10 minute from the train station. Highly recommend and definitely will be staying again.

Local shopping centre 10 minutes walk from property. public transport nearby estate where located pretty quiet. All home comforts.Host was very welcoming called to make sure everything was ok and was a call away if we had any problems . Thank you

The neighborhood in Greenwich is very quiet and peaceful! Everything worked out just fine! Also there is a bus station just a few meters nearby so traveling there is very comfortable! Also the bed is one one the most comfiest beds I've had in a staying! The host is VERY responsive and does react in a very quick manner! He even wants you to text to him via WhatsApp! There is free shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrushes which I didn't expect! Also there were free blankets for another guest! The guest can sleep on a sofa that you extend to a bed! There is a washing mashine inside the room and a dryer in the house's floor and they are working just fine! The cuttlery even is golden! 10/10 would recommend!

Really nice apartment, modern furnished and lovely views of canary warf. Ideal location with the o2 arena and North Greenwich station a 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend.

Location was ideal for my purpose of the work. It was clean, quiet and just what I needed. Host were warm, helpful and friendly. All needed facilities were available. Room was clean, warm, well lit, with microwave, fridge, cutlery, etc. Would be back to stay again. Thank you.
