We recently stayed at the ELGEL hotel and were incredibly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and offered great recommendations for local attractions. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly and ensured that our room was always clean and well-stocked. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly and attentive staff.

The hotel was the perfect chose! On coming back in the evening I had a feeling of coming home - that's how welcoming the atmosphere is!
