I don’t often leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so because this resort was perfect! We upgraded to the execute suite and having our own private pool was amazing but in all honesty we didn’t really need it because the hotel pools were all great too. The food was incredible in all the restaurants we tried - but you must reserve at the non-buffet restaurants in advance. The hotel staff were exceptional and extremely friendly which made our stay even better. We will definitely come back in the future.

We’ve got complementary room upgrade and late checkout.
Friendly staff starting from reception ( Remon, Miriam and Maged) and the rest of the staff friendly helpful and positive. Housekeeping was good ( Mohamed did his best to make our stay comfortable). Italian restaurant was one of the best things we've experienced at the resort. The main restaurant food was good and always available. Heated swimming pool with the bar in it very enjoyable.

A super apartment, very comfortable bed, pillows and quality linen made our stay perfect for a good sleep. A short walk to the jetty along the shore beside the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food. Everything was perfect. We really appreciated the late check out before our flight. Mahmoud was very helpful and always easy to communicate with, arranging a taxi and providing local information.
