Leo took care of everything we needed. He took us on the amazing frog tour at night, and showed us also the day frogs in the morning. Every morning I went on a short tour to look for more frogs - who would believe that I love frogs :) Thanks Leo

It is a very beautiful hotel at Arenal vulcano with an amazing garden (we saw a lot of hummingbirds) and with a super view of the volcano. The pool is very clean and enjoyable, and there is a caffee and tea corner too. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet and calm. There is a lot of good restaurants near the accomodation.

In this small family operation, Jose’s service was impeccable. He reached out in advance and removed down/feather pillows as I’m allergic. Six stars, Jose, for preheating the outdoor jacuzzi in advance of our arrival. Bungalow is the right word: small, adequate, hybrid indoor and outdoor. Jacuzzi on the side; rainforest in the back. Breakfast was more than adequate, and we enjoyed a tasty dinner at the Ross restaurant in nearby Chachagua. Sadly, we missed an early morning sighting of the area sloth crawling across the power line above. That’s for next time.

    This is a great area to experience Costa Rica and the wildlife. We visited Mistico hanging bridges (great with a guide as located creatures we would not have); La Fortuna waterfall (no guide needed); Sky adventures (aerial tram, zip lines & trails); sloth guided tour; Arenal Observatory Lodge & Trails (day pass with lunch) - all of which we would recommend!

    It is difficult to get around in Costa Rica.

    It is difficult to get around in Costa Rica. They have on main major highway and you must get off that highway to get to Jaco and Fortuna. The roads are windy and it takes forever to get somewhere. It took us 3.5 hours to get from Fortuna to San Jose and it is less than 100 miles. This is due to the windy roads which are typically one lane in each direction. However, it is a beautiful drive. Just be prepared! If you are in the Jaco area, do not miss Villa Caletas. Has an amazing view. We stayed at the Marriott Vacation Club at Los Suenos in Garabito. It is a beautiful property.

    The room was too small clostephobic no air conditioning no tv no nothing i dont recommend staying here you will regret it. i tried to get a refund and the girl at the reception didnt know how to work the compurter or do any assistance to this matter. I Strongly encourage you not to stay here if you do then i could say i told you so....please go somewhere else for the money.......totallyt a rip off

    Fortuna is a must see city. It was very clean very safe. The people were very friendly and honest. Definitely a US friendly town there was lots to do and lots to see the food was excellent. The roads were good. Couldn’t ask for a better experience would definitely come back.

    Fortuna is amazing! We loved every miniute.

    Fortuna is amazing! We loved every miniute. We met wonderful, friendly people, who just wanted to share their love of their country and culture. Every meal was delicious, Service is top notch, and the prices are great. It is perfectly located to enjoy all of the surrounging tours, ziplining, hiking, ATV, sloth tours, and omg the hot springs and thermal rivers! You must visit!!

    We loved the zip line and Volcano hike.

    We loved the zip line and Volcano hike. The Town was ok the first real town we visited so happy to see quite a good choose of Restaurants etc it had a big secure carpark that was very cheap so recommend you use it. Our hotel was just out of town but close to a group of Restaurants ( Italian and Caribbean) and a supermarket which we preferred walking to rather than driving into the main town.

    This is a wonderful hotel. The location is beautiful and really close to everything in La Fortuna. Each room is hidden in beautiful tropical greenery, and really comfortable. The breakfast is delicious with many options and the staff are all extremely kind and helpful, with great attention to detail. The pool is also lovely. We absolutely loved our stay here - Thank you Noah's Forest!

    Hotel is located in walking distance to the center of La Fortuna, where is plenty of restaurants and shops. In nearby of the hotels there are also restaurants. The room is not very spacious, however was comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfast options are limited to 3 options. The advantage of the breakfast is that you can observe birds, which have their own breakfast.

    Very nice hotel with hot springs right next to the rooms. Very quiet and calm. Very spacious room with very large bathroom. Nice restaurant but no buffet in the low season. Breakfast was very good. Location was good, between la Fortuna and Arenal volcano. Plenty of parking inside the hotel.
