Great location, breakfast was very nice. Very comfortable room with spacious bathroom, highly recommend. Lift accessible which is great with heavy bags, plus bar and restaurant attached. Luka at reception was really outstanding. Not only did he check us in quickly but give us some great information on how to spend our time in Zurich, plus he pours great cold beers.

Sufficient space. Comfortable with a touch of luxury. Staff was very friendly especially a lady who was so warm at check in and gave an upgrade. Breakfast spread was good. It’s a bit further away than some hotels that were nearer to the main station or to the old quarters. But, it’s still near enough and can be reached from Zurich HB via tram line 4 and stop at kruezstrasse. Nice walk along the river back to old quarters.

Superb positioned near a tram stop which is 14mins from the city centre. The apartment is in a good building and it’s large, light and very clean. Good furnishings and fittings. The communication via booking.com message with Dimi was excellent.
