Everything. The management, front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping, exceptional. The staff always greets with a smile and so very attentive to one’s needs. The property itself is in a perfect place in the old town of Basel, so you can walk everywhere. Very clean with large rooms and all the necessary amenities. The bar and restaurant are busy and vibrant with wonderful dining options and cocktail bar. A special notice to the front staff and the restaurant staff breakfast, lunch and dinner,exceptional . The location is great, in the middle of the old city center. Building is beautiful and room was very clean, lovely and quiet. A lot of small details in the room (toileteries, books, coffee and tea, etc) that made the stay like being at your own home. Just some meters away from all the main places to visit. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

The hotel was great. Clean, spacious, a great breakfast of hot and cold items, lots to chose from. The location was perfect - everything was within walking distance. I felt very safe walking around. The reception staff were so nice and helpful and made me feel they wanted to help me - which they did. I would definitly stay there again.
