From the slightly off the beaten path location, with is own breathtaking sand bank beach, the views are spectacular from day to night. The rooms which are all separate oceanfront villas, are large, well decorated and modern. The individual pool allowed us to have complete privacy and still experience the beautiful outdoors. All the staff, including the chef, are extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. They made my husband and I feel so comfortable and truly went over and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

Located in Dikoni, a few steps from Uroa Public Beach, AVO Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. I have never felt better cared for at a hotel / resort, than I did at AVO. We were greeted on arrival by the owner, and offered fresh juice on arrival while they took our bags to our room. They met our every need during our stay with alacrity and grace. The system of communication, using WhatsApp to reach out for help, was inspired. And the included breakfast was extensive, and delicious. We were delighted to be staying on the east coast of the island instead of the more touristy / populated north beaches.

I liked everything!!! The warm welcome from Ahmet and all the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the good breakfast that changes everyday 😋 the good seafood platter that I really enjoyed at lunch times (please try) and also the location (nice sea view from the rooms) The owner Ahmet did everything to make our stay very pleasant by providing us with the necessary information to enjoy Nungwi to the fullest. I will definitely come back 😎

Situated within 100 metres of Paje Beach and 50 km of Peace Memorial Museum, Casa Ananda Boutique Hotel provides rooms in Paje. Absolutely everything. Staff was very attentive and all people very kind and helpful. Was our honeymoon and they prepared a surprise. Room even had an afternoon quick cleaning for changing towels and stuff.

It is in front of the beach ⛱️ 😎lot of sunbeds ,shadows, and trees, very clean. Good for rest. The food was very good. all employees were willing to help with any problem or question. Great place to stay.

Set in Nungwi, 200 metres from Nungwi Beach, African Bungalows offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. First of all, let's start with the welcome: driver on time at the airport, arrival at the facility with an excellent welcome from the manager Eva with a drink and even the owner Ahmet, who ensures us all the useful information in a clear way. we immediately notice that the structure is managed in a family way but with every security (private police always present within the perimeter) and precision. spacious, comfortable rooms, excellent mattresses, clean bathrooms, mosquito nets on the doors/windows and around the bed. excellent catering, varied and excellently cooked fish menu. Mineral water, tea, coffee always available. great advice and contacts for dedicated guides for exclusive private tours but with the right cost. location just a few minutes walk from the best beaches. thanks to Ahmet and his dream team. we will be back soon. PS: not so many reviews but all of them are from real happy customers!!

Babalao Bungalows has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Nungwi. Great breakfast, on site massage, hair braiding and laundry service. Nice outdoor pool and seating arrangements.
