I loved everything about this place, the pictures on the site does no justice to how this place actually is, we had a peaceful weekend, there's everything u need in the chalet from cutlery to cleaning utensils to extras towels and toilet paper, all u needed to do was bring your own food, snacks and drinks, there were even ice cube trays provided, they even sell charcoal and wood which made it cosy at night when we were chilling with my husband, we were able to play some music good thing we brought a speaker :) so our overall experience was wonderful

We enjoyed the beauty of the surroundings and the hiking trails that were available. We actually hiked up the mountain without realising it and got to experience scenery beyond our wildest expectations. We also encountered wild animals - zebra and buck, closer than we expected. Aaron and the other employees on the premises were very friendly and courteous and were willing to help if required. During our stay, we were the only guests.

The surrounding forest was beautiful with magnificent sunsets. Lovely "secret forest" walks. The food was excellent cooked by two lady chefs. One of whom we met was Diana. who was most pleasant. Israel was very friendly and effecient. Jeremy, the Manager, went out of his way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay, which we certainly did.

    I recommend Gecko Family Pub and Restaurant to eat. It is a simple place but the value for money and the atmosphere is unbeatable. The Magalies Canopy Tour was remarkable and the guides were friendly and insightful.

    The service was the worst, I expected them to clean the room...

    The service was the worst, I expected them to clean the room the following day or atleast change the towels. I'm really not satisfied with their service, they really need to improve. The issue of taking my deposit I feel like they robed me. Thank you.😐
