Appears to brand new, located on the 11th and 12th floors of a shopping mall. The "lobby" is located on the ground floor of the mall, on the left-hand side, just after the mall elevator. The check-in desk is manned 24-hours and there is a private elevator in the lobby area that takes you to the hotel floors. The room was very large and spotlessly clean. It was tastefully furnished with a desk, cabinet, and closet. The bathroom was gigantic with an extra-large shower area. The room was very quiet at night. The hotel/mall is a short walk from the bus station and there is a nice park across the street. Located very close to the few tourist sites that Gjakova has to offer. Despite the lack of tourist attractions, I rather enjoyed my stay in Gjakova as it is a relaxed town and rather modern by Kosovo standards. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and found the room the be an outstanding value given the overall size and the quality of the furnishings.

Everything was perfect. One suggestion :”Don’t read the other reviews, because everything was fixed!!” The staff, the room, the position, the neighborhood, (the price(value of money) 🤌🏼🤌🏼 ) it was helpful, respectful, friendly, comfortable, quiet. Not a luxury one(as the other guests that wrote those reviews were expected for a 40-60€ room), but the best for a hotel ! In the end of the day , you are going there only for sleep.
