As soon as I came in the lady at the desk looked up my reservation there was a problem with booking . Com... this lady went right to work . Told me these no problem and shortly after had it fixed... just letting you know lady's like that are hard to find.i no sooner asked her name . She replied vasmen..I hope I spelled that right.     The hotel stay was very pleasant even though they were doing renovations the areas of the hotel were clean and not rugged looking. The sleeping room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The bedding especially the pillows were too comfortable, i wanted to pack up the pillows to take home :)lol. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The breakfast was great for the offerings given. The location is perfect for the area. Staff very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We would book this hotel again if in the area.

    Wesley Chapel is a very nice area of Tampa.

    Wesley Chapel is a very nice area of Tampa. Restaurants and shopping are abundant and within 2 miles or less of the hotel we stayed at. Had dinners at Top Shelf Sports Bar and Texas Roadhouse, both were excellent. The area is safe and great for families. Ice skating rink was right next to our hotel. It is only about 10 miles from USF and Busch Gardens. I would highly recommend this location if you are visiting the Tampa area.

    Wesley Chapel has many restaurants to choose from Many hotels as well. We enjoyed the comfort of the Holiday Inn Express It is convenient to get to for events and Interstate options. Great could proof rooms and ice machines that worked on every floor.

    The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The hotel was a GREAT value and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was FRESH and super variety of food and fresh fruit was available at no charge.

    Clean, quiet and comfortable room.

    Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Very spacious equipped with a coffee maker, safe and refrigerator. Nice TV and good cooling system. I would stay here again. The breakfast was very good. I would probably rent a care next time I come. Ubering or Lifting around can get expensive.

    The hotel was very convenient to a medical center where I had outpatient surgery. It was a 10 minute walk to get there and a short Uber/Lyft ride back. I liked the breakfast bar. The room seemed clean. I really did appreciate the wake-up call, since I was scared of missing my appointment. The hotel was generally pretty quiet, which really helped when I needed sleep after my surgery.
