I liked that it had a few eateries near by especially the Garage across the road that I found cheaper than the 7/Eleven & the Supermarket in the Mall. Plus the Event wasn't too far away for an Uber drop off only 10 mins.

I was early to check in but instead of just sending me away until the room was ready, they offered me breakfast while I wait for my wife to arrive. a I met some more of the staff which were very friendly and polite. The chef really knows how to cook a good breakfast and it was very heartwarming experience and the start of a wonderful stay at this fine establishment.

Spacious room with very comfortable beds. Air-conditioning thermostat that actually worked, making for a comfortable temperature during our entire stay. Swift and easy check-in. Very friendly and helpful staff in all departments. Spacious shower, first class amenities. Only a few minutes walk to a number of restaurants and a great supermarket. During our 23-day trip through the western USA this was by far the best hotel we stayed at. Only 30 minutes drive to Universal Studios (if you avoid rush hour) and ca 25/35 min to Malibu/Santa Monica beach if you take the scenic route via Las Virgenes Road and Highway 1. We will be back.
