Fun city with great music history and current music venues all over town, all day long! It got a little "seedy" Thurs evening with huge police presence and homeless folks begging on the street.. Listen Nashville is way over price. they have 25% percent tax on all your alcohol drinks. So your $20 drink will cost $25. Music everywhere but way to loud in most places. Go see everything take pictures have a few drinks enjoy then go someplace else. Young people or people that think they are still young are dressed in skimpy outfits way to short for being overweight. They are on any king of bus dancing like fools but having a good time. So the piano bar at Lainey's place is the only place that isn't loud but a blast.Guest review byAnonymous

Well located in a short distance to town, but as two females we wouldn’t have walked home to the hotel alone at night - we got a taxi though so no real issue. Plenty of people about during the day to walk in to downtown though (15 min walk over the river via a pedestrian bridge). Although 10 minutes out from the centre, Nashville is well served by Uber (and according to the guy on the desk) and Lyft. It was quick and easy to get an Uber in to the attractions during the day and we were happy to use local restaurants in the evenings. Leave the car at the hotel.
