Nice Pool and pool bar and a very good free breakfast.
Very good restaurant just over the road. Clean with friendly staff and as it goes in the keys not too expensive.

The bed, linen & pillows are all good quality and comfortable.
The pool is amazing, warm, large, easy access in and out.
We had a view of the marina which was very nice, balcony chairs are comfortable.
Nice to walk down to the 'Pointe' to sit and watch the sunset, a couple of hammocks to relax in also.
All but 1 staff I met were very pleasant.
The Manager is fairly new to the hotel but came across as caring and wanting to do his best.

Went to Bahia Honda State Park - beaches were ok. They offer paddle boarding and kayak rental there. went on several trails, which were nice. Went on the old 7 mile bridge (cloudy day), but didn't get to see sunrise. Drove out to see mini deers and got to see a glimpse of one (it was not near sunset or sunrise, which is the time they recommend you go to see them).Joo - 10Scored 10

We visited the Sea Turtle Recuse Hospital and it was amazing. They are doing such a great job . We ate at a lot of restaurants that was on our List and a few from recommendations from Jason ( Front desk Clerk-awesome guy). The Motel is fairly basic but provides everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, infact of the 5 weeks we spent in Florida we had the best nights sleep here. It's worth paying the extra for a corner suite. Breakfast is pretty basic but OK. The room was cleaned every day and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

It is a Motel as you would imagine a motel on the Florida Keys! There is a beach about 10 minutes drive away, A great place to have breakfeast is the Stuffed Pig, just down the road. Key West is an easy 1.5 hour drive away. The Motel is privatly run, so it is not a chain-hotel, but has its own charm and warmth. I would deffinetely go back!
