Nothing on there site about pet fees, as verified thru booking.com, so imagine the shock after paying 127.89 for a night there and then an additional pet fee. But it gets better, first it was 20$ for a pet fee, then it went to 40$ for a pet fee, I was furious but paid it. Then the manager comes down and makes it 100$ for a pet fee. Tried talking with owners and they were very ugly people, would talk over me, not allow me to speak, just completely ignore the fact that they are breaking the law. Never again will I waste my time or money with this particular one. You can never be right when the people don't listen and are better than everyone. BBB will soon be involved.Guest review byFrancy
