They lied about having King Suite rooms but still charged me...
They lied about having King Suite rooms but still charged me for one. They put my disabled elderly mother at the end of the long hallway. Mold on baseboards, thermostats being installed, torn wallpaper, loud traffic from adjacent freeway at night and loud banging from construction during the day. I do NOT recommend this hotel forcouples, business travelers, families, those who are disabled, seniors or anyone with allergies to mold.Guest review byRuthUnited States - 2.0

Front desk check in process was tedious and rude. Horrible customer service. Room floors were filthy with pink and green something in the carpet and a clump of hair on the floor by the bed.
