Very lovely hotel that is located close to the airport. You get complementary breakfast and shuttles from hotel to airport. Shuttles specifically have been very helpful. The hotel is located close to the Manhattan beach (I took a bus), which is a nice beach area to visit. In general, the location was good and neighborhood seemed very safe. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff and room were great! The location was good as a top golf was 10 min walk! Also a great coffee cafe 5 min walk away. The hotel food was great as well. Great pool facility as well.

    We love staying at this location, because it is close by...

    We love staying at this location, because it is close by other restaurants and markets that you can walk. This location is excellent for not having to get up so early for an early flight at LAX. The shuttle service is a huge plus for us as well. It’s nice to have a little breakfast before we have to leave. This is our go to lodging when we fly out of LAX.

    El Segundo was a very quiet nice area.

    El Segundo was a very quiet nice area. The hotel is literally on the border of a community of El Segundo which was pretty cool. Streets were safe and I walked conveniently to IHOP and the coffee shop without no problem

    The staff welcomes you warmly, offering coffee as soon as you arrive. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, the rooms are comfortable, and the internet connection is reliable. The airport shuttle service is also very convenient. IHOP very close and others restaurants are a short distance from the hotel . Close to the pool there is an area with fire pits .

    I think what went wrong could have been better handle with training. The rudeness of the person asking if we paid for breakfast as we made plates. We were told the breakfast time when we checked in but not that we had a fee to pay extra. Instead she chose to yell it with a full room of guest eating breakfast. The airport shuttle was late taking my family to the airport. Water was shut off with no warning or water compensation z

    I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful.

    I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful. We had to pay a $100 deposit upon entering the hotel for each room and we were told that it would not be debited from our bank account. When we returned to France (the next day) we discovered that $200 had been debited from our account ($100 for each room). Moreover €21,66 (twice) had also been debited and we have no idea what this amount corresponds to. I am very unhappy about the situation and would like an explanation ASAP.

    The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about nearby restaurants and city tours. My king bed was super comfortable and the room temperature was just right. Additionally, breakfast offered good variety with both hot and cold options. The 24 hour tea and coffee station was an unexpected bonus as was the flavoured water and lemonade on arrival.

    Great hot breakfast! Very comfortable bed! Decent size room, clean bathroom! Good location near airport and free shuttle to it. Hotel itself is clean, spacious, and modern. Overall very good experience and highly recommend this place.
