When I realized that I checked into the wrong location, I went to let microtel know what happened I was ready to change my payment option but they were VERY understanding and REFUNDED me all of my money!! The pool was down the rooms were dirty. The staff they had only been hired for a week and didn’t know anything. The owner was horrible in accommodating us.
