I was not expecting great things, but from the moment we pulled up the area is clean & well maintained, the staff were very helpful & friendly. The room was large, very clean & the bed was extremely comfortable. We used the laundry facilities which were cheap & the area was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel, we were sad that we only stayed 1 night.

I can image this place would be awesome in the summer - especially for a family with kids. We only stayed one night as part of a cross country road trip and the weather wasn't the best. The facilities were very nice and we had a good dinner at the onsite restaurant.

We came to visit the St.

We came to visit the St. Joseph's Indian School primarily (our second trip). We visited the drug store and quilt shops. When I was 8 or 9, we had an unexpected stop for car trouble at the east side of the old bridge. When I found the old bridge still in use, we took a trip to the past and drove over it. (The garage wasn't there anymore). I also suggest if you have the time to schedule a tour of the Indian School. It is very impressive. Due to the time we arrived we didn't have supper there, but did have an excellent breakfast at the Americinn.

    No issues with the town.

No issues with the town. It was a one-night stopover on a 1,600 mile trip. I couldn't get a reasonably priced room for that date in Rapid City or ANY room in Belle Fourche. The trip was a necessity for family business.
