This is a well appointed very clean home in a great location...
This is a well appointed very clean home in a great location near Calaveras BigTrees and a short drive to Utica and Union Lakes as well as access to the Stanislaus River. Nice deck for dining with an excellent gas grill. If you have mobility challenges it might be difficult to access the main floor of this A frame, as it requires climbing two short flights of stairs.
