Sonja on reception made the stay for us and was very accommodating. We originally had 3 separate rooms but asked if we could stay in the apartment to all be together which she accommodated for us. We didn’t use the pool but did sit in the area where sonja went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We did not choose to have breakfast as we were leaving early but sonja did offer us a takeaway breakfast which was a nice gesture. The apartment was nice but unfortunately I only took a video not photos which can’t be uploaded

I had a wonderful stay at At Home Suites. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and always ready to assist. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is peaceful and provides easy access to different parts of the city. Without a doubt, I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great accommodation in Arusha

Absolutely beautiful ! Rooms were clean and comfortable, balcony was spacious. It has everything one would need. The pool and the garden were very nice too, it makes you forget you are in a city ! Also, the rooftop is a must go ! Wonderful view over Mt Meru

We stayed only one night but it was very nice. Comfortable boutiqe hotel in the city centre of Arusha. You can explore the city by walking which is very convenient. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in a rooftop restaurant. Most importantly, there is a beatiful rooftop terrace from where you can enjoy the views of Arusha city and Mount Meru.

The staff was very helpful, I was working as digital nomad at the hotel and the experience was great. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel for people who comes to Arusha for first time. The location is very convenient as well.

    My stay at the Arusha Serena Resort was truly unforgettable.

    My stay at the Arusha Serena Resort was truly unforgettable. What I loved most was the serene atmosphere and breathtaking scenery that surrounded me. Taking a leisurely walk around Lake Duluti, listening to the sweet melodies of the birds, and enjoying the warm hospitality of the friendly staff made my experience truly special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and needs were met. However, I did encounter a minor issue with a water leak in my bathroom, which I hope the management will address to maintain the high standards of the resort. Overall, my stay at the Arusha Serena Resort was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and memorable getaway.

    This is a beautiful property with lodging in individual huts, that provide plenty of room. The rooms are nicely decorated. The grounds are beautiful. - full of flowers and manicured grass. Nice to wake up to the singing or birds. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. I also had two evening meals. The service was outstanding, as was the options for dinner. Everything was well prepared. Our party was late getting to the property, but I called and advised them to which they replied no problem. They held the dining room open for us around 9:30 pm. I highly recommend this property while staying in the Arusha area.
