The blossom house is beautiful and very well designed. Nice garden with impressive papaya trees. We received a fruit basket with all the fruits we loved. Nice spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable beddings. The place seems a bit away but it was easy to find a bodaboda on an adjacent street to move out. Enough space for parking in the yard

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property for one night, and it was exactly what I needed. We loved absolutely everything! The staff were so-so kind and helpful, food tasted amazing and there was always so many different types of it. Air conditioning was better than any else hotel we have visited in Africa or Asia and rooms were clean, big and nice. We also loved the pool area where you can get literally everything you want- deeper and lower water, sunshine and not if you've had enough of it already. And best coctails in pool bar!! We had already booked another hotel too before our trip to Zanzibar (a bit more expensive one actually) and we regretted this decision every day and wished we had spent our whole trip in Zanzibar in TOA's hotel.

What an absolute gorgeous gem of a hotel in Stone Town. Truly authentic building and decor and incredible bedrooms. I stayed in the ‘Kate’ room which was utterly delightful. Beautiful private terrace overlooking the town, enormous bedroom (beautifully decorated) and an open-air bathtub adjoining. Super private. Gorgeous to wake up in the morning and open the doors and feel the breeze filter through. Beautiful bed linen and towels (woven locally) and handmade soaps. If you are into aesthetics, then this is the place for you. I can’t say enough to rate the hotel. All the staff were absolutely delightful and super attentive (as a single female traveller it was very much appreciated). The Manager was extremely kind and friendly. Also organised a fantastic private tour of the town for me which was brilliant. The rooftop restaurant is to die for. The best, authentic and freshest of food I have ever eaten.The taster plate experience with sunset and cocktails was dreamy. Amazing views and ambiance. Didn’t want it to end! The Secret Garden restaurant is also absolutely worth a visit. I attended on a Friday evening when there was live music being performed. Truly magical. Again, the food was just amazing and the staff all super kind.
