This is a special place. The people who run the place and work there are part of what makes it so special. We paid a bit extra to have the full board option which is actually important as there is not alot of choice in Beloi and the food was varied, with snacks in between and we all ate together which made it so friendly. You don’t have to dive or snorkel but if you do, we highly recommend the team here- it is very well organised, the bus and boat drivers were great and the dive leaders took us to some amazing places. A special thanks to Kib, who took us on all our dives, he showed us lots of critters we would not have seen and was great company in and out of the water.

The best things about the Atauro Dive Resort are Fabienne and Marti! They helped us with everything and managed the whole place just fantastic. Unfortunately the Divingboat broke 2 days ago so we could not dive with Marti. So instead they arranged the diving with compass diving and again everything was just fine. We stayed in the dorm. The dorm was clean and the beds were comfortable. The food is just delicious and I highly recommend the homemade coconut icecream. The housreef starts just at the beachfront of the hotel and is worth diving/snorkeling. Massive thanks again to Fabienne and Marti for an exeptional stay!
