Beautifully located, the views are amazing. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner are very good. The room was spacious and clean, quiet and with gorgeous views. Fresh water bottles refilled daily. The staff are extremely welcoming. They really look after this paradisiac place and they do their best to make travelers happy. The activities organized on location are totally worth the price. This place really made our trip to the Seychelles unforgettable. We hope to be back soon!

Our stay in Praslin was nothing short of incredible, and the hotel was a major highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warmest and most helpful staff who truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special shoutout to Charles, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel truly valued. We decided to upgrade to a deluxe room, and it was worth every penny! The room was spacious, with an amazing bathroom and a huge, comfortable bed. The best part - It was located directly by the beach! While there were several food options near the hotel, we found ourselves enjoying the hotel restaurant the most. The food was delicious, and the variety on offer meant there was always something new to try. One of the highlights of the trip was celebrating my birthday. My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with a cake, and the staff went above and beyond to organize a beautiful and delicious cake that made the day extra special. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable!

We had the perfect stay at Villas D'Or. If you are looking for privacy in a beachfront property which is close to the village, this is the place for you. Each villa is spacious, extremely clean and the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The garden is extremely well looked after by the staff and lots of beautiful birds came to visit in the morning which made my daughter so happy. The beach is steps away from each villa and you can easily walk to the village on low tide via the beach (about 15mins).In general if you want to explore the rest of the island I recommend hiring a car. The sea was affected by the northern wind during our stay so it was quite choppy but I am sure it is very pleasant when the wind calms down. It is impressive how nicely the property is camouflaged behind the bushes and therefore you can barely see the villas when you are at the seaside, very respectful of the environment and very harmonious. The village has super markets and restaurants (including local take aways). Mr Pierre is a wonderful person, he is always available to help with organising car rentals, taxis or excursions. He is contactable by WhatsApp and generally very accessible. Mrs Georgette has also been extremely kind and so have the rest of the staff. I wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect. From the welcome to the goodbye, the lovely staff made our stay extremely awesome. The service in the rooms, restaurant and concierge is very efficient and lovely. They efficiently booked the taxi pick up from the jetty, organized our days schedule for us and helped us hire a car. The location is right opposite to the beautiful beach and there's lots of other shops, money exchange and restaurants around. The swimming pool was really good and clean. Breakfast service was awesome and we enjoyed views of the beach and even birds come and join you for breakfast! Really amazing stay and we will definitely book again next time we visit Seychelles!!

    My review is for Anse Lazio..Everyone says you have to go there..we took a bus there..Luckily at the bottom at the bus stop at Villa Minoir a young gentleman gave us a lift to the beach..in the heat,with no taxi or bus going up to the beach would have exhausted us ..we met an elderly couple who we took with us..it would have been impossible to get there,in the heat,and we would have been exhausted..so to hire a car in praslin is not a bad idea..Coming back,we were told to ask the gentleman at the gift shop to taxi us to the bus stop..he however refused..not sure why..maybe he was exhausted in the heat..3 lovely ladies from Seychelles were kind enough to take us to the Bus stop..when we reached it..The bus just left..They kindly dropped us at our Hotel..Their kindness will forever be remembered

    The location is out of the tourist accommodation area but is...

    The location is out of the tourist accommodation area but is is very close to the Jetty. It is in the middle between the west and the east side of the island and you can drive either way. You are more close and in contact with the local people and you find all the facilities- groceries petrol restaurants nearby.

    Really very beautifull, clean, fully equipped, roomy and...

    Really very beautifull, clean, fully equipped, roomy and quiet accommodation (quiet except late June/July, when wind is strong). View from teracce is excellent. Very good free wifi. Self-catering apartment, close (300 m) to GRP Supermarket - "Indian Convenience" at Google maps. Open every day, you can find there practically all necessary for cooking, when you want to cook. And others... Payment via card in GRP is possible and without problems. But if you want, Didi & Sebastiano, owner of Jardin Marron, can cook for you - menu list is available and dish is very tastefull. Close to beautifull Anse Lazio, about 35 minutes per foot. And other nice, quiet and lonely small beaches are near. For Praslin, we didn´t need to rent a car for our 15 days stay, but it depends... Transport from Praslin airport to Jardin & back was arranged by owner (reccomended). Bus is cheap (12 SCR to anywhere/July 2022). From Jardin you can do Pasquiere track per foot to Island Pizzeria on opposite side of island (180 SCR for 2 was most expensive) and back - about 8 km, don´t worry. Or continue per foot to Anse Georgette viewpoint, then to Anse Lazio and back to Jardin Marron (round track about 18 km). More other activities are possible. Shortened, everything was OK - very recommended.

    I never post a bad review, but this experience was seriously bad. The staff at the beach bar/restaurant were absolutely awful, constantly tried their best not to be helpful. I have traveled a bit but never experienced anything like this. Beach bar facilities were dirty and staff again argumentative instead of trying to help. The hotel is ok, clean and grounds are nice although not 5*. But the beach access is not direct but through beach bar which ruins it. Animals in cages also not great but some people might like that.

    It was our second time in Chez Bea. Great hospitality, we again forgot to take the name of the Filipino guy (very sorry for that) and again he was absolutely amazing, greatest person ever, he has been again making sure that we feel comfortable, helping us to settle and make sure that we have everything. He should be the general manager of this hotel! Great location, large rooms, fast internet… Great hotel

    The location is superb, right on one of the best beaches in Praslin. The hotel's aeastetics go nicely with the whole tropical vibe and the location. The breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly, attentive and welcoming, especially the general manager, who gave us some really good tips to make our stay easier.
