Everything about this property is top notch. We truly had a great time at Jasmine Garden. The GM is doing such a magnificent job that it reflects on the staff, they are so motivated to work and provide the best possible service. The Chef used to personally come to the table and make sure we are comfortable. I really admire the work ethic of the staff I interacted with at the hotel. For a Hotel in the middle eastern part of the world, all the staff are speaking fluent English which makes everything so easy. Keep it up team and we look forward to staying at Jasmine Garden in the near future.

The hotel from the lobby to the rooms is no fault. Location is not bad either. close to restaurants and coffee shops, because you will be disappointed by the food at the hotel and that burned espresso.     Not going to lie , the whole point of travelling there is to have good time near the sea with my family , less crowded placed more special family time near the sea but the problem is almost no resorts at all near the sea , and the only one is very very expensive at least in booking.com I couldn't find any , kinda looking forward to see the sandy beaches but non of that were present , the unnecessary traffic from some drivers , some of the cars on the street were in a really bad shape I can't believe how are they permitted to drive .. was kinda looking for some families/kids areas but I couldn't find any maybe it was due to my lack of research .. I liked the sea food I'd love to see more of the fine sea food cuisines since the sea food is so fresh and delicious , I didn't like how the touring boats are blasting music kinda make sitting to watch the sunset kinda noisy and not relaxing

    Jeddah is a good destination and dream city. Have all the facilities which any develop country has in European countries. First city to reach before reaching holy city of Makkah. Must recommended place to visit by every Tourist especially Muslim visitors.

    If you like sun,good food and quiet evening walks has it is cooler time to walk,It is a beautiful. However,being a single female beware of soliciting drivers . Take only licensed vehicles like Uber and walk on crowded streets. Wear cotton clothes that gives good cover and cooler and don't let the male shop attendant help you, unfortunately they have some who's hands want to touch. Despite the negative if you love perfume and beauty accessories and Arabian fashion it is also great.

    Jeddah is an underestimated city - we live in Riyadh, it was a delight to visit a quieter city with little to no traffic congestion. Streets are clean and tidy, people polite, just a pleasant place to stay for a few days

    Its a lovely city with easy access to the sea front and great infrastructure including malls. I didn't get time to visit the historical part of Jeddah but the trip was really great. Ideal time to visit Spring or Winter.

    Property was near to the Jeddah Airport Terminal 1 which was very convenient for visitors. Premise was clean, staff were so helpful and breakfast was delicious. We were also allowed to check-in without pay as my wife reached hotel few hours earlier than me and our check-out was extended for 2-3 hours without extra pay. I must recommend this hotel and gives 5 out of 5 star for taking care of their guest so well.

    If you're traveling to Makkah or Madinah with a stop or layover, it's definitely the place I would recommend. Proximity with the airport and well deserved. Uber is very cheap and convenient to travel around the city. Last not least try the breakfast with Mouhamed and his awesome team.
