Good location toward the Janat ul Baqih side and you enter the Masjid e Nabvi in 3-5 minutes. Very accommodating staff as they gave us an early check-in well before mid day for two rooms. Clean hotel and good housekeeping service. Very nice breakfast with lots of options. Tea and drinking water provided in rooms. Easy access for taxis.

The hotel is new, extremely clean and comfortable. Sleeep quality is very good. Bathroom is neat, there are variety of consumables even more than most 5* hotels but the sink is a little high for ablution. Breakfast was wonderful, variety of options meets for any taste. Personel was very friendly and helpful, I especially thank MD Hannan from the restaurant staff for his effort to enjoy our breakfast. The location is just one building behind the Mascid Al Nabawi but ladies have to walk a little more. Elevators runs with room cards which is a good thing about security. We definetely recomend this hotel.

The location was perfect, very close to the Masjid e Nabawi; the breakfast and dinner buffet was plentiful and fresh; the quad room was spacious and we had the beautiful view of Masjid e Nabawi; the staff were polite, efficient and helpful. We’re especially impressed by the professionalism of the restaurant Manager- Mr Fayez, the Porter/ Bell boy- Mr Saif, the Waiter- Mr Moeen, reception Staff Ms Sulafa and another gentleman at the reception( can’t remember his name)

    Just wanted to add, if possible, to fix the location on booking.com. when I shared the location with the driver through booking.com it took us to another location and had to search again in google. and to also, if possible, to fix the name of the hotel in English. it's not matching the Arabic which was the reason of the confusion in the location. Thank you.

    Don’t trust the hotel ratings, must be done by friends of the owner, I would not recommend it, pillows and sheets stinks, restrooms are definitely in need for upgrades, no floor towel, no body towels, leak from the restroom above, ceiling tiles almost falling. Sorry, this facility doesn’t meet minimal expectations for the cost of the rooms.
