I was a flight attendant and stayed in many 4 to 5 Star hotels all over the world. It was never my world. For sure this hotel is not Marriott. But I love the personality. The people are helpful, very kind, really lovely. Rooms are clean. There is a nice lobby/restaurant. A very nice green garden with a great view. Very calm- and yet very close to Cosmos, which is one of my favorit areas in Kigali, because it is pretty authentic and not like city center, and you get everything and yet you are close to the city Center. Very recommended for the money you pay.
