Nest is a charming boutique style hotel, situated in a beautiful and quiet location, close to the city centre. The rooms are very clean and modern, with large, comfortable beds. The hotel restaurant is absolutely amazing, the food there is to die for, we were very impressed. Congratulations to the chef! The staff was most accommodating and friendly, always serving you with a smile. Thank you, Marian and colleagues for your warmth and hospitality, and for making our stay memorable. My recent stay at Grey Residence was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in a sense of calm and understated elegance, thanks to its beautiful Scandinavian-inspired design. The clean lines, natural materials, and thoughtful details created a truly soothing atmosphere. The comfort level was outstanding. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the provided amenities were top-notch, catering to every need. The backyard was a true highlight – a tranquil space offering a welcome escape where guests can sit, lay down, and fully immerse themselves in the beauty and quiet of the garden. It was the perfect spot to unwind. Beyond the serene ambiance, the location of Grey Residence proved to be incredibly practical. Its proximity to Deobeta's biggest mall made it exceptionally convenient for shopping, dining, and accessing anything I might need. The employees were also a highlight of my stay – their warmth and attentiveness truly enhanced the experience. Furthermore, the fact that I was able to enjoy all of this in a suite made it an incredible value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend Grey Residence to anyone seeking a comfortable, stylish, and peaceful retreat that also offers the convenience of being near major amenities. It truly offers the best of both worlds!

    I loved Severin's Fortress, it was such an amazing find and I could have stayed all day. The city itself is pedestrian friendly with a lot of options for eating. The weather wasn't great and the fountains weren't on but that's about the only bad thing I could say about the stay.

    New and old combination, great parks and gardens, history. Easy to walk around,long distances by taxi but good price .La Marinaru restaurant for fish! Ada Kale coffee and bistro for turkish coffee and food! Taxi Nova for getting around!

    It is a border town with all the problems that come with...

    It is a border town with all the problems that come with that. I cycled from Serbia and there was a shocking amount of dead dogs on the road. Then, terribly, there were young girls working as sex workers on the first off ramp. Just shocking. The Romanian Government has to help these people. It was so sad to see them.

    The room was very basic but perfect for a one night stay.

    The room was very basic but perfect for a one night stay. There was a restaurant on location in the inner yard of the building, in a beautiful garden setting. The food was delicious! Because of the restaurant, the garden may get noisy in the summer months but it was pretty quiet at the beginning of October. There were many cars parked on the street so it may get tricky to park in peak season. The city is easy to get around in and the city center is a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

    After two vacations in Romania and staying at 8 different places, this might be the best place we've been at. The apartment is close to the city center, and has easily available parking spots. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and bars nearby. The place is nicely furnished and clean, feels homely, and has all necessary comforts for one to enjoy their stay. The hostess was extremely nice and welcoming, and she even took time to write in our own language when needed. We'll gladly stay there again.

    Spacious hallway and room, spacious shower cabin, a room TV and heating machine, well maintained and clean… overall, very good value for the money compared to other local hotels and right next to the Main Street in town which takes you down to the city centre quickly. Close to the city’s main shopping centre, take aways, local mini bars, a super market and a big park as well.

    This is an amazing find! Undergoing a road trip across Europe and found this pet friendly gem en route to Drobeta. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's 10 times nicer than the beautiful photos. Very spacious, very clean, great setup. Perfect
