What a nice surprise to stay here for a night, I wish I would have known what a paradise it was, I would definitely have extended the stay. It was so peaceful and Reynaldo and Nathali were amazing hosts, the food amazing and cheap, and the bedroom and common areas living up to my expectations for the price I paid. Reynaldo even took his time to show me the river all the way down in the canyon and was always caring, kind and respectful in the communication. I will come back!!

We loved both of our stays at Las Palmeras (once before hiking in the Colca Canyon and again after the hike). The family and staff are so kind and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags whilst we hiked, gave us helpful information on transport and supplied us with coffee and hot water. The breakfast is delicious, the garden space and rooftop area is a haven to relax in and the rooms (with towels supplied) are clean, spacious and comfortable.

Staff extremely helpful and very welcoming. Property is bespoke in style, reflecting the local area - all of this is really well done. Located in Cabanaconde, it is ideally located to see the western (and most spectacular) end of the Colca Canyon.

Very conveniently located right at the start of the trails. The chill areas are comfortable and the staff are helpful. The room was much warmer than other places in the area and there was plenty of hot water.

Very nice room, spacious and clean. The host was very nice and helpful. We were able to leave our bags there while trekking and they let us have a free shower on the way back. Really appreciated that! Breakfast was very nice and there was tea available all day long!

The staff are incredibly helpful and provide all the information you need to explore the Colca Canyon, making your visit hassle-free. An absolutely lovely place inside the canyon run by a nice family with a view of the mountain and lush vegetation. The food was delicious (simple, but the best we had during our travels in Peru). The biggest surprise is the bed, which you would not expect in a place you visit primarily for the nature and hiking opportunity - it is huge and so comfortable.
